* Full payment for all jobs is due upon services rendered. Terms will only be extended with prior approval. Past due accounts bare late payment penalties at 2% per month.

* All function dates and times are considered TENTATIVE. Once a verbal or written confirmation takes place and a DEPOSIT IS RECEIVED, the dates and times are guaranteed.

* A deposit of one half of the total invoice is requested upon confirmation and due no later than two (2) weeks prior to the function date. The balance is due at the end of the function or at time of delivery.

* Forms of payment accepted are cash, check, and most major credit cards.

* Prices subject to change without notice.

* Gratuity is not included.

* Guarantee guest count is required seven (7) days prior to the event. Minimum number of guests must be given on this date. The guaranteed guest count will be the minimum number of meals charged. Thereafter, the number may be increased but not decreased.

* Cancellations less than 72 hours before event date are subject to full charge.

* Cancellations within two (2) weeks prior to event date will be refunded 75% of deposit or the difference between actual costs incurred and the amount of deposit if in excess of 25%. Cancellations within one (1) week forfeit refund on deposit.

* All events will require an on-site assessment of facilities no less than ten (10) days prior to the event. Cuvee reserves the right to waive this requirement.

* Service personnel may be contracted for any event. The charge is $28. per hour per service personnel and $35.per hour per kitchen personnel, portal to portal, with a four-hour minimum.  Cuvee does not accept unauthorized staffing or volunteers to deliver and or set up and or maintain events in lieu of Cuvee Catering representatives.

* Charge for holidays is time and a half ($42. per hour for service personnel and $52. for kitchen personnel). Holidays are Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, 4th of July and Easter.

* Cuvee reserves the right to assess and charge a minimum $100.00 fee for handling and serving food items not provided by Cuvee.  Cuvee reserves the right to waive this charge.

* Under certain circumstances some items may not be available. Should this occur, Cuvee reserves the right to substitute appropriately.

* Service charges ('kitchen fee') are added at 18% of total food. This helps defray the cost of insurance, equipment, decorations, and the continual training of our professional staff.

* Premium disposables are available at a charge of $3.00 per person.

* Delivery charges include setup and pickup. Please plan a window of thirty minutes to one hour before your scheduled event for our delivery. Traffic, weather, and volume of deliveries may dictate when we arrive.
